From an idea
to an organization
The idea of creating an independent team had been in the mind of EN8, one of the organization’s players and founders, for a long time. He understood, however, that the right project requires the right moment, people and foundation.
Over time he found trusted people among his friends who shared his vision and were willing to help build and manage the organization. Together they began developing while maintaining the close relationships, trust and loyalty that remain an important part of the project.
From the beginning, was never intended to be just another team focused exclusively on results. The organization is built around people, relationships, development and the belief that success starts with the right mentality.
In every competitive game, skills matter. Talent matters. Experience matters. But mentality can determine how far you are willing to go. You do not have to start as a champion. You do not have to win everything from day one.
